Inline Three different bins can be used to store gravel and sand. Each hopper has gates that are pneumatically operated. Gravel and sand weigh conveyor that is integrated with four electronic load cells is suspended. A vibrating sand motor is installed in one of the hoppers.
A rubber belt charging conveyor transports the weighted gravels (aggregates) and sand from the weighing conveyor below the hoppers to the Concrete Pan Mixer machine.
Replacement On pan type mixer units built of heavy-duty steel, 10 mm thick wear-resistant liner plates and spring-loaded paddle mixer arms with interchangeable blades are standard. A hydraulically operated gate facilitates the discharge of concrete mix from the bottom of the Pan Mixer onto the transit mixer or concrete pump.
