FOUR BIN FEEDER

There are four different AC/DC motors and gearboxes for each of the four bins. These are used to control and regulate the aggregate flow out of each container. The A.C. motor is what moves the collection conveyor, which has a scrapper on it. After taking out pieces too big for the drum, a slinger conveyor feeds the collected material into the drum.

CONVEYOR BELT

A motor with a variable speed drive feeds aggregates into a machine that looks like a pug mill. Weighbridges, also called load cells, are placed on conveyor belts to keep track of weight (in tonnes per hour) in real-time. The aggregate is weighed with this machine and then moved to the PUG MILL.

The hardened liners in the PUG MILL mixing unit are heavy-duty square bars with paddle arms and tips that don't wear down quickly. These parts are put together on a sturdy frame. It creates a mixture that works well together.

The WMM factory at NILKANTH ENGINEERING WORKS has a fully computerized cabin with an onboard electric power console, distribution, and switchboard. Machines do the whole process.

HOPPER FOR STORING WET MIXES (Optional)

NILKANTH ENGINEERING WORKS has a solution for all parts of the problem regarding storing materials in the soil stabilization facility. Even though it is a bit stiff, the Storage Hopper with a Capacity of 25 Tons is easy to put together and move.

If the timing of the clamshell gates is right, materials can be let out quickly and without any separation. The Storage Hopper can be opened with the help of hydraulic gates.
