Inline 3 bins or hoppers for the storage of sand and gravel. Pneumatically actuated gates are installed on each hopper. For the purpose of weighing sand and gravel, an integrated weighing conveyor is suspended on four electronic load cells. On one hopper designated for sand, a bin vibratory motor is installed.

The weighed gravels (aggregates) and sand are transferred from the weighing conveyor below the hoppers to the Pan Mixer unit by a rubber belt charging conveyor.

Heavy-duty steel pan type mixer unit with 10 mm thick wear-resistant replaceable liner plate, spring-loaded paddle mixer arms, and replaceable blades The discharge of concrete mix from the bottom of the pan mixer onto the transit mixer or concrete pump is made easier by a hydraulically actuated gate. Through a motor and planetary Gear Box, the mixing arm is driven.

The water is supplied from the storage tank to the mixer by a submersible type water pump and the appropriate pipes. The amount of water needed for each cycle or batch is controlled by PLC. Water and aggregates are dosed in parallel to shorten cycle times and reduce pan mixer abrasion.

Cement storage bin with weigher that weighs cement independently using a load cell. Cement Hopper is installed on a conveyor frame with feed charging. Screw Conveyor transports cement to the cement weigher.

Separate weighing setups with electronic load cells for the cement and gravel and sand increase concrete mix output by shortening cycle times.
