The NE 30/45/60 SP Model is a fully automatic Concrete Batching Plant. It has hoppers for gravel and sand on the same chassis as the charging conveyor and the Pan Mixer structure.
The plant has a wide range of parts, including gravel and sand hoppers with enough space, a weighing conveyor with electronic load cells, a Pan Type mixer unit, a cement weighs more batch with a screw conveyor, a rubber belt-type charging conveyor, and a PLC-based control panel.

It's different from others because it has four hoppers to store sand and gravel. A pneumatic gate controls each hopper. Four electronic load cells hold up a weighing conveyor built into the system. This makes it possible to measure rock and sand's weight accurately. One sand hopper has a motor that makes it shake.
Gravel (aggregates) and sand are weighed on a conveyor belt below the hoppers. The materials are then moved to the Pan Mixer unit by a rubber belt-type charging conveyor.
This pan-type mixer unit is made to last. It has a 10 mm thick, wear-resistant, replaceable liner plate and paddle mixer arms with replaceable blades. A hydraulically controlled gate moves the concrete mix from the bottom of the Pan Mixer to the transit mixer or concrete pump. Planetary Gear Box combined with motor supplies power to mixing arm.
The water for the mixer comes from the storage tank via a submersible pump and the proper tubing. With the help of a programmable logic controller, the amount of water used in each cycle or batch can be changed. By dosing the water and gravel (aggregates) simultaneously, the Pan Mixer's cycle time and wear can be cut down.
Cement Storage Bin, A separate load cell weigher is built into the cement bin. The cement storage hopper is put on the in feed frame of the charging conveyor. Cement is moved to the cement weigher with the help of a screw conveyor.
Cement is measured on different scales with electronic load cells than gravel and sand. This makes the mixing process go faster and makes it possible to make it more concrete.
The feather-touch buttons on the PLC-based control panel can remember up to fifty recipes. All the electrical parts are made by Schneider, Siemens, or another similar company. The plant's operator is given a 6' by 7.5' cabin and is soundproof to use as a command center.
