Nilkanth Engineering Works Organized their Third and Largest Operator Training Program on 29 - Dec - 2019. More than 50 Operator participated in this event, Participant came from all over India. During the whole day of program NIlkanth’s Team one by one explained all about Panel Wiring, Control, Wiring, Power Wiring, Load cell Wiring, Limit Switch, Module Wiring etc. Also explained about how to operate Nilkanth’s Plant , Our Engineer Mr. Mohak Barot has given brief details about control panel to all operators and also explained each function of SCADA SYSTEM. We had set up Control Panel with our concrete batching plant and given a live demo of the control panel. Our Technical Head Mr. Jashvant Dabhi Explained about how to do maintenance of Concrete Batching plant, how to Change Mixing blade in Pan Mixer, How to change Regular Oil, How to clean Pan Mixer, What action taken in emergency, all important topics related to safety Mr.Jashvant Dabhi Covered in their Section. The program followed by Breakfast, Lunch and High Tea. At the end of program Nilkanth engineering works given an Operator Training Program Certificate, with so many Gifts to each participated operator. In this Training Program we have chosen 8 BEST operators of the year 2019 and our Director Hardik H Solanki and Dhruv H Solanki Given Awards to Selected Operator.
